Part Two By`In the accomplishment of both short term goals and long term goals, we should be able to identify the following: mission, position, responsibility, and technique. Mission is no more than issuing or giving an assignment. Always, this given assignment order strives toward a positive completion; position is where the mission will take place; responsibility shows what one is accountable for or what one must make happen; and technique represents how the mission is to come about and be accomplished or completed from the positive. We should remember, any mission, position, responsibility, and technique (MPResT [how I refer to it]) rests upon implied leadership.` I will follow up in Part Two, `A Mindset of Leadership: Mission, Position, Responsibility, and Technique,` with the completed component and characteristic of our European American created leader. Of course, this will rest within the mindset of created leadership and the mindset of created leadership rests within discipline. This discipline will reside within the atmosphere or ambiance of the European mind and matter of accomplishment. And all of the above moves around to link up/lock up with our disciplines of life. In our child, we must have the mindset of leadership established for positive accomplishment. The above sounds like a great deal of mental focus which must come together and connect for our European American child to be complete. Dear folk, I would maintain the European American child is mentally starving for the above to be presented to him or her. And, to a simpler nature the above is like building blocks, when one mental building block is in place another such building block will soon fall into its place. The European American child must be taught correctly within our schools by the correct educator. Dear folk, setting the schools up will not be the problem. Setting the schools and the curriculum up is the easy part. The challenge will rest upon the classroom educator to culturally educate our European American child within his or her disciplines of life. This will be the core essence presented in our educational classroom environment. It is sufficient to say that the key phrase here is `taught correctly.` At this, I would remind any person that there is no such thing as the perfect educator for nothing is perfect. But our educator, himself or herself, must be of a European American/European culturally aware state of mind and way of thinking. As we begin to create and mold our European American child toward the worth or value mindset of leadership through discipline there are qualities which will graduate themselves to be observed: • Obviously, we will observe accomplishment from a mental and physical nature. • A positive European American/European spirit will develop and expand as other items are taught with the application of the above. • There will begin a mutual undertaking of fraternal togetherness: the idea of `everybody has given a hand and contributed` for a positive accomplishment will be observed. That is, the idea of mutual support will become normal in a `One for all, all for One` type of environment. This will be observed, perceived, and shown through positive behavior, discipline, and especially, camaraderie. An idea of paramount impact, which must be conveyed to our child, is there will be no more fraternal wars. • Hate is not a motivator. It is an emotion that gets in the way of reasoning toward accomplishment. We do not need to teach hate, we need to teach European American/European racial responsibility; that is, innate racial or ethnic responsibility. Remember our concept of Euro-Americaneuropeanism: This is the applied practice that goals are positively accomplished for the betterment of our disciplines of life. During the process of Euro-Americaneuropeanism, I do not know if any emotion is to be observed, but I will leave this decision to our leaders. • Camaraderie, between our brothers and sisters, must be taught over and over. There must emerge a tribal relationship and mental bonding toward `us` the world over. A tribal relationship will be meshed within our disciplines of life. • Within our European American child, we will see discipline replace instant gratification. For our European American child, the betterment of the ethnic group rests upon the ideology and the technology. This is simple reality. Our child will move within his disciplines of life. We are striving to create a Model within our European American/European child. As the years come and go, the European American/European Model must graduate itself into an Elite Model. |
