Major Issues of Importance: Subject Number Three-Education Part Three

By

Doug Eiderzen, September 4, 2019

(Discussion Number 30)

`The child needs to learn to color inside the lines or box in order to recognize when and where coloring outside the lines or box is appropriate, proper, and correct.` Author unknown

Recently, we have visited about the `Leaders` and we have visited about what we have called, the `Application.` A third educational discussion, of `Major Issues of Importance: Subject Number Three,` will address `Education: Part Three.` In the last two discussions, we have addressed `Education: Part One` and `Education: Part Two.`

Education: Part Three (I would suggest an individual reread Discussion Number 17)

In educating the white/European American/European child, the following will be an opinion resting in suggestions based in fundamental education. With such suggestions given, the ideas, all in all, will be quite general. I will apologize in advance for the length of the writing. Nevertheless, with specified educational ideas addressed, the discussion is lengthy.

Our education process should fall into the complete environment of the home school/private school setting. The instructors must set the standard and teach. It would be perfect to have a mathematician, a scientific oriented person, an English specialist, a reading and writing specialist, a history oriented person, a technology specialist or oriented person, etc. But, we do not live in a perfect world. There probably will be a good bit of adopting a program and then adapting the program to fit our needs.

Now, do our instructors need to be university educated? Not necessarily. There are many highly intelligent white/European American/European adults who do not have a university degree conferred upon them. There are many highly intelligent white/European American/European adults who are very racially oriented and racially conscious toward their culture, their ethnicity, and their disciplines of life. Let us employ and use talent when it presents itself.

With the above paragraph accepted, should there be a type of advising board of three or five individuals, yes (several minds` motivated toward purpose are better than one). Should there be an overall administrator leader or head teacher, yes. Should there be aides in the classroom, yes. Should the educator be monitored and evaluated, yes to some extent. Should there be agendas, lesson plans, attainable goals, etc. put forward each day, yes. The key to success is to always, but always, put our child`s best interest forward. We must focus upon our child, the educator, the classroom, parent(s) and, of course, the white/European American community. We want as many stakeholders or shareholders invested in our child as possible.

I believe the instructor should be paid for his or her expertise; the amount should be consistent, within our system, and can always be negotiated. Is it important to let the instructor teach? Most emphatically, yes. This is a very important view to adhere to. Each educator will have his or her own personality and each personality will have his or her own action of educational presentation and educational delivery.

Whether the school is set up for periods per day, or block scheduling, etc. does not matter as much as the makeup of the content and the content delivery. Traditionally, it is important to remember that a child`s classroom attention span lasts about 10 minutes (John Medina, Introduction, `Brain Rules [Updated and Expanded]: 12 Principles for Surviving and Thriving at Work, Home, and School`). I believe with the proper school fundamentals in place and with the proper classroom foundation laid out for our child, this attention span issue can be improved upon. Remember, we are not dealing with the present given mess, or chaos, of a traditional public school. In our school, we are engaging a unique classroom child, exposed to a unique classroom delivery, inside a uniquely prepared classroom. Within our new classroom setting, there will be a great deal of focus and refocus for a purpose and then reverting to the `on task` delivery. The concept of `re-teach` or `go over again` is very important. Our educational process is from a distinctive perspective as there should be a certain amount of passion and excitement exhibited from the child we instruct. I believe this will be a given. To sum up, our child will become determined and this is certainly what we want. The child will have racial purpose.

Within the surrounding nature of education, in my opinion, I do believe the following should be adhered to:

• The school should be in attendance Monday through Friday. I like the design of a 9 to 4 educational setting with `down-time` beginning before lunch and beginning in the mid-afternoon. And, of course, any down-time may be adjustable. This down-time could take the form of study sessions or tutorial sessions or exercise sessions. Friday may continue to be an instruction day or might adjust itself as a re-teach day, tutorial day, etc. Depending on the educational plan and curriculum, Friday could adjust itself many ways into many combinations.

• Be consistent, set an instructional schedule and follow it. Follow the given and provided curriculum.

• Our child should be exposed to case studies. This pushes the child to think creatively and intuitively and instinctively. The application of thought and reality is practiced. This type study will in addition address the idea of `crisis management.` In future situations, our white/European American child will need to spontaneously recognize a situation and act without needing to ask permission to do so. The discussion of `current event` studies is important but such studies should stay on task. The applicable finalization of any case study presented is to win and control the situation.

• It is extremely important for the parent(s) to read to their or his or her child. It is just as important for the child to read back to the parent(s). Education continues at home.

• When necessary, the child should be corrected and then, later, bragged upon (praised). This way every issue ends on a positive uplifting note.

• Within the educational environment, it will be important to remember that everybody has a bad day and our child is no different.

• It cannot be stressed enough that our educator must put his or her personality into the classroom for the betterment of our child. The notion is to locate the best educator available and then let him or her teach.

• It must be remembered that 100 percent of what we do will be for the betterment of our white/European American child. This must be a given.

• The educator should dress appropriately.

• The educator should be of a special nature and personality. Much trust will be placed upon our educator.

• The child should stand when the educator enters the classroom. Permission will be given for the child to sit. Here, the idea is to instill discipline within the small issues and, then, we may not have to worry as much about the large issues when they show themselves. Through instilled discipline the child will reject that which is culturally, ethically, and morally unhealthy.

• The child should raise his or her hand for permission to address the educator and permission will be given for the child to talk.

• It is important for the educator to make eye contact with all of his or her students.

• The child should formally address the educator. No calling the adult by his or her first name.

• Each class lesson should have an introduction or premise of telling our child what he or she will learn or what the lesson will accomplish, a body of knowledge explaining and proving the lesson to the child, and then a conclusion or summary of what the child has learned. So, what has the child learned this day? What has the lesson taught and accomplished this day?

• At the beginning of each lesson, I like the mission idea or task of `enclosure.` Whether the teaching lesson is about mathematics, English, etc. there should be enclosure within the classroom. Understand well, enclosure `ties together` a days activities, it does not teach a specific lesson on mathematics, English, etc. Accordingly, here an example of `enclosure` is necessary: Let us move into an English class. This English class is studying `Beowulf.` Before we proceed with our study the teacher addresses his or her white/European American/European class about `racial pride.` The reality of white/European American/European `racial pride` mentally ties everyone in the classroom together before the English lesson on `Beowulf` actually starts or begins. How long does the mission idea or task of `enclosure` last? I would say 5 minutes, and probably less, with all children listening and attentive. Remember, enclosure simply addresses one aspect of our white/European American/European disciplines of life. I have used the example of `racial pride.` But our white/European American/European mission ideas or tasks of `enclosure` concerning racial examples are boundless: `No more fraternal wars`; `honor;` `love;` `honor to loyalty;` `self-discipline;` `self-reliance;` `commitment;` `passion;` `allegiance to camaraderie,` etc., with such a list going on and on. Once again, the `enclosure` brings together and ties together. Do not forget, our curriculum needs to mix the subjective and the objective for a purpose. This is the application of thought and reality.

• How does one set the K12 home school/private school up? Hypothetically, let us state that we have 25 children of various ages. I believe the grouping or blocks should be as follows: Early childhood, Kindergarten, and first grade placed in first grouping; second, third, fourth, and fifth grade placed in second grouping; sixth and seventh placed in third grouping; eight and ninth grade placed in fourth grouping; tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grade placed in fifth grouping. With the early childhood, Kindergarten, and first grade grouping the educational system must include extra time for recess/exercise as children need to move and improve their athletic muscles as well as their brain. Exercise does both.

• While teaching all groups is important, the correct preparation and teaching of our early childhood, Kindergarten, and first grade group or the first group is extremely important. This is where the building blocks are placed into an order or shape. This is where the idea of acknowledgement and commitment is initiated, planted, and constantly instilled. With the planting of a seed of a beautiful tree, our child will always see the full-grown tree. The full-grown tree is acceptance toward our white/European American/European disciplines of life, culture, and ethnicity. The seeds of the beginning stages of acknowledgement and acceptance have been put into the correct soil. Cultural preparation will water our soil. Consistency will grow our tree. Every effort must be geared toward this age group.

• The second, third, fourth, and fifth grade is placed in the second grouping; sixth and seventh is placed in the third grouping. At the end of the seventh grade an assessment of the child is necessary. We must realize that not every child is academically oriented and this is certainly fine. Remember, each child is gifted within his or her own person. This should be accepted. The assessment will determine which educational direction our child is best suited to pursue. Will the child proceed into the trades or technology or academics, etc? The assessment process does not stop and start. The assessment of our child is ongoing and constant.

• How do we address the process of determining grades? This treatment of determining grades will certainly be up to each school. However, I will state the following. I like the idea of `accomplishment` and/or `proficiency` as to the mastery of subjects (i.e., what can our child do at a certain point in time). Rating performance will replace an actual grade. Within each grade level, performance toward and mastery of what has been introduced is our focal point. At the end of the early childhood, Kindergarten, and first grade grouping or block a summary of what the child is able to do is addressed. An example might be: Reading-proficient; Writing-acceptable, but needs more work in understanding word usage; Word Usage-proficient, and so on.

• K12 forward, the motivation is performance and mastery of what has been introduced. I do believe performance and mastery should take the place of numeral or letter grades.

• Extracurricular activities are important. These type activities should test the physical and the mental. While these activities will vary with each school, I believe a school should look into our European history for guidance toward extracurricular involvement. An example of extracurricular mind skills might involve different age group games. An example of extracurricular physical skills would involve organized running, calisthenics, and games to develop gross motor skills and movements. As our child becomes older, of course, extracurricular activities would become more advanced and varied. Generally speaking, the possibilities in the extracurricular area are limitless.

• Our child needs to be schooled within the subject of writing. The child should readily have available a dictionary and a thesaurus. The writing skill must be linked to the reading skill and vice versa. I believe reading and writing skills are developed together. Of course, as to age group, the child should learn how to reference ideas and develop debate. I would recommend locating older reference books such as the Encyclopedia Britannica. For a start, the older reference books, from the 1950s and 1960s are less politically correct. These older books are more `honest` in reference. Good reading and writing skills should be developed by the end of the seventh grade.

• The exposure to technology is extremely important. This should be introduced early in the educational process. The white/European American/European arts should be introduced early in the educational process.

• Will the parent(s) agree with every teaching style? Of course not. However, it is extremely important for the child to see a united front (unity) with the parents backing the school and, certainly, the school backing the parent(s). The child must observe the teacher being supported by the parent(s). The child does not run the school.

• I cannot stress the innocence of the child, enough. For our child to remain innocent has too many benefits to be listed in this discussion. We want our child to remain innocent. We have been given a type of world that works on the premise of `if it feels good do it.` Such a decayed premise must be overcome with correct direction and guidance and discipline. This will take commitment from the school and the parent(s), and, needless to say, the child. Remember, the child`s education does not end or quit when he or she leaves the school. With the world we have been given, the male children will have to be instructed in how to treat the female children from a healthy standpoint and vice versa (Discussion Number 20). Yet, with the above ideal being said, we live in an imperfect world and I would remind a person that nothing is insurmountable or overwhelming. In the society we have been given, obstacles are placed before a person. Always, but always remember, when mistakes are made, there will, forever, be the concept of moving forward for a purpose. We have a great deal invested in each child. In actuality, even at present, we have much invested in the white/European American/European race to let such falter and ruin. After all, this is why this discussion/these discussions is/are taking place. When we make mistakes, we learn, we regroup, and we move forward with willpower for a reason.

• If we want our child to reject the rot of pornography, the rot of drugs, being obsessed with the love of money, etc. this is where the recognition to the understanding of these injurious, stifling, and corruptible items begins. Our child needs to realize that what stifles and rots the mind and the body is not for him or her. Dear reader, we are discussing a healthy educational environment.

• If we want our child to be comfortable within his or her disciplines of life, at rest within his or her culture and ethnicity, feel the comfort of innocence, plan for a wholesome future, etc. This is where the recognition, of these healthy and wholesome items, begins. Our child needs to realize just what is clean and pure within the mind and the body.

We want our white/European American/European child to be resourceful. At the end of the K12 experience, we want our child to be able to understand his or her disciplines of life and rest easy within his or her culture and ethnicity. We want our child to have learned responsibility through discipline. No one can predict the future. However, when the future becomes reality, we want our child to be ready and prepared, as best as possible, to exist and act within the atmosphere of what the future has brought into reality. This trait of readiness begins with the cultivation of discipline. To be exact, the cultivation of discipline contained by our race, our disciplines of life, our culture, our ethnicity, etc. The idea of camaraderie and the concept of all for one and one for all will be established. In our K12 environment, one of the most important accomplishments achieved is the design of what has been determined is accepted.

In our home school/private school, remember, we have no government telling us what to do so the process of educating our child should be more pure and more direct within the classroom setting. Our educational process will become less stressed, but more direct in purpose. Dear reader, within our enclosed space of education, we are reinventing education toward our child. Eventually, the fundamental idea of education must be reinvented from K12 to K16 and, subsequently, into graduate study.

Dear reader, if we are lucky we may have until 2024. Then, another person is elected to the Executive Branch and, depending, the borders of our country may cease to exist. Time is paramount.

The human psyche cannot live in a constant state of revolution. Within his or her own nation, the white/European American has been forced to exist in a constant state of revolution since the 1960s. Dear reader, never forget this. We have lived in a constant state of revolution given to us by the cultural Marxist crowd and their perverted idea of diversity being some untold strength. These communist, progressive, cultural Marxists have attacked every traditional value of the white/European American. For decades, there has been an ongoing assault and constant attack upon our cultural disciplines of life. The correct education of our child will counter some of this, but we are here to prepare for the future.

What is classified as tempered steel refers to a metal that has been heated to a glowing strength. We need to prepare our white/European American/European child for his or her future. We can only survive if our child is tempered within his or her own glowing strength through the culture and the ethnicity and the disciplines of life. The prepared mettle within our white/European American/European child must shine as polished steel. Each child must process a tempered mettle that glows to show a discipline of control and guidance for his or her future. We want our white/European American/European child to have clean hands and a pure heart. To understand, we do not teach hate, but resilience and the power of endurance and self-assurance and solidity and the staying power of strength through willpower. With this being said, our white/European American/European child nurtures a prepared determination that rests within the aura of Euro-Americaneuropeanism.
