"Confederate statue toppled at North Carolina rally"ByAs always, the reader should research each article above as I will refer to each writing and/or video. As to the destruction of the Confederate statue and monument which had stood at the Durham, North Carolina old courthouse for some 93 years, all charges have been dismissed against those that did the deed. When all was said and done, every one of the individuals, who destroyed the Confederate statue, walked free. These people have walked free with the blessings of, and with their radical political agenda being clearly supported by the District Court Judge, Mr. Frederick S. Battaglia, Jr. (a self-proclaimed Democrat liberal) and the District Attorney, Mr. Roger Echols (one should research this gentleman) and the prosecuting Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Ameshia Cooper (one should research this lady). So, acts of vandalism and the destruction of property are not only permitted but encouraged. The statue (a Confederate monument erected in 1924) was destroyed. The statue had stood in front of Durham`s old courthouse for some 93 years. The protesters, themselves, simply decided to remove and destroy the antique Confederate statue. Now, it seems like there were some ten to twelve individuals arrested with eight individuals being actually charged. Some of the charges included felonies such as participating in a riot, inciting others to riot, and destruction of property in excess of $1,500. What is most amazing is that the arrested individuals, who destroyed the statue, never denied doing what they did. They (the militants) simply stated that they did the deed and `so what` with a judge, a district attorney, and an assistant district attorney totally agreeing with the protesters and anarchists. The legal system, basically in liberal lockstep tradition, avowed, affirmed, and conveyed the thought of why, yes, rioters and protesters, you have destroyed the statue and you are right and so what if you wantonly destroyed property that you disagreed with? You certainly need not fear any repercussions from the vaunted American justice system. Yes, liberal rioters and communist activists, the legal system will not prosecute you, so have at it. Destroy as you will. You certainly have our (the judicial system`s) blessing; thus, once again, have at it and destroy it all. One has to remember that there were police officers and sheriff department deputies standing in every direction, who did nothing but watch and take videos. So, the authorities watched, filmed the destruction, and did not intervene. The statue was not only an antique, who some people disagreed with, but some people found it offensive, so said people destroyed it and, once again, with the blessing of the judge, the district attorney, and the authorities. The number of videos released showed face after face after face of the militant rioters involved in the destruction, and with said rioters even admitting to the destruction with the scream of, `Yes, we did it and so what.` Even with the admission of guilt, all charges were dismissed. Well, `shazam-shazam,` color us all surprised. I guess justice is not only blind, but truly deaf as well. Maybe the authorities never thought of taking fingerprints. Perhaps taking fingerprints from the destroyed statue and pedestal was just not an option. Then, there was the so-called `unbiased` mainstream media, or let us label it `Pravda,` which must be counted amongst the mob and the activists and the anarchists. Our Pravda writes and prepares every printed word, which grows into a sentence, which gives us the paragraph, which provides us with a certain liberal communistic spin. Why, obviously, it is not the rioters` fault that, while frothing at the mouth, they destroyed the statue; it is the statue`s fault. But of course, the statue made them do it. The 93 year old statue of a Confederate soldier egged them on and on until the radicals destroyed it. This is the fundamental spin written into essentially every article dealing with this act of destruction. This free-press joke full of yellow journalism called the American Fourth Estate which prints and spins every letter written into a communistic vehicle of press indoctrination and manipulation, most assuredly, must be counted as walking toe to toe with the radicals. Thus, the question must be asked: Did anyone really ever think the demolisher radicals would be brought to justice? This is a realistically, justified question but requires very little pondering for an answer. In actuality, I do not think the normal, rational person ever thought seriously, for a moment, that the person(s) guilty of the deed would be punished (aka, brought to justice). Still, whether providence or not, `What goes around, comes around` and, certainly, it can be said, `As the call, so is the echo.` Many, of a different mindset, of a different motivation, and of a different persuasion, are heartily waiting for the echo to sound. |
