"`The law is the law`: Virginia Democrats Float Prosecution and National Guard Deployment if Police Don`t Enforce Gun Control."ByDear reader, the above is an interesting article, and with the recent pro-gun rallies in Richmond, Virginia, I have chosen this article to address. I will list and paraphrase portions of the above article: So, Democrat lawmakers in Virginia are going to prosecute police who do not enforce the anti-Constitutional laws they pass. And sanctuary cities are just fine for illegal aliens, to be protected from the law, but do not qualify to protect the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States from state law. What if Democratic Virginia Governor Northam did call in the National Guard with the Guard moving to not enforce the laws passed against the Second Amendment-what then? Has one ever noticed that when Democrats take control of any government institution, the first issue that they move toward is gun control? The Democrats will move, almost immediately, to come up with and put into force some form of legislation toward gun control-this is a given. They move directly to make the American citizen into a criminal. They do this by enacting anti-Second Amendment gun control regulation which is directed at the honest tax-paying citizen. Such legislation does nothing but penalize the trustworthy citizen who is law abiding. Again, the coming about of anti-gun legislation is really a foregone conclusion when the Democrats take control of any entity (national, state, local, etc.). There is a reason for this type Democrat mindset which we will discuss later. Consequently, since the Virginia Democrats took over control of the State House of Representatives and the State Senate, and with a Democrat governor, they are now threatening Virginia citizens with prosecution and/or the cutting off of funds to counties for not enforcing the anti-American, anti-Constitutional laws which they passed. Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring (a Democrat) blamed the `gun-lobby.` Case in point, there is, rightfully, implanted within the informed citizen`s way of thinking, this thought: We have a government that has a reputation of `if one gives it (the government) an inch, it (the government) will take a mile.` One should research the situation when Smith and Wesson tried to work with the government. Smith and Wesson sought to work with the government under the Clinton administration, concerning lawsuits, anti-firearm legal claims, safety locks, etc. After agreeing to several government mandates and wants, government wants began to increase. The increased government wants only became worse and worse, for Smith and Wesson. The government seemed to want more and more concessions from Smith and Wesson. And, accusing the so-called `gun-lobby` is an easy target for any Democrat. No, Mr. Herring, I believe the people of Virginia are afraid of you and your Democrat Party. They are not only concerned about the present anti-gun laws passed, but they are just as concerned about future anti-gun legislation passed and mandated by your Democrat Party. Mr. Herring, you and your Democrat Party are the ones scaring individuals. The Second Amendment is the binding tie that holds the other Amendments in place. By all means, one should give up his or her weapons if he or she completely trusts the government and the police and the military. People, this Democrat Party is not the entity of your grandfathers or grandmothers. This day and time, it is ludicrous to support the Democrat Party because some relative supported it 60 or 70 or 80 years ago. The Democrat Party has been in a leftist, communistic change mode for many decades. It is pretty easy to see this as one simply has to look into their past agenda, present agenda, and future agenda. Observe just who backs and supports the Democrat party: the Hollywood bunch; the main media; the universities; the Mr. Saul Alinsky `Rules for Radicals` progressive bunch; the communist radicals on the street; the open borders crew and on and on. In each election, one should research who the American Communist Party endorses for office: the Democrat. Decades ago this party was taken over by the cultural Marxists. Their ideal lands of utopia are states like California, New York, etc. Their ideal cities are San Francisco, New York City, etc. The Democrat Party has become the anti-European American political party of choice. Sadly, we are seeing our European established cultural institutions change right along with our cherished European culture; this is a change for the bad. We have talked about this in the past; there has been, is, and continues to be the changing of the guard within our nation (a nation given to us by our European Founding Fathers). This has been moving right along with the passage of the Democrat sponsored and signed `Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965.` Dear reader, again, with the changing of the guard, life has greatly adjusted itself for the European American. And, again, we have stated in the past, when the culture changes so do the values. Long established European American principles and morals, which were treasured by past generations toward our history, our philosophies toward the living of life, and our cultural religion, are thrown to the wind. Through the impact of communist Hollywood, the implemented anti-European American curriculum of schools and universities, the biased and liberal anti-European American reporting of the main media, etc., what was once right is now wrong and what was once wrong is now right. Hence, when the legislative theory and ruling itself is wrong, then there is no trust. The integrity is gone from the lawmaking entities and governmental agencies; the ruling organizations are simply not worth believing in. Again, there has been the `changing of the guard` in our nation. |
